Heart is classed as muscle meat, it is a perfect meat to add to completes where you need to reduce the bone content.

Heart provides iron, zinc, copper, manganese, vitamins A,C, B6, B12, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, selenium and is also low in sodium.
