80% beef and tripe (can be lamb or beef tripe) with 10% bone (can be lamb or chicken bone) and 10% offal (liver and kidney). Each roll is approximately 454g.  Contains small pieces of bone.

Crude Protein 17%; Crude Fat 10%; Moisture 64.9%; Crude Ash 2.5%; Crude Fibre 0.2%.

Beef and Tripe can be greenish in colour and absolutely reeks but is definitely worth it for the benefits.
