Beef Tripe Chunks - Raw.

A 1kg or 2kg (approx) bag of raw, frozen beef tripe chunks.

Green Beef Tripe  is the nutrient-rich lining of the stomach of a cow.  Green does not necessarily refer to its colour — it refers to the fact that it has not been touched, cleaned, bleached or scalded for human consumption.

Green tripe’s actual colour can be brown, black, white or yellow (ish). However, sometimes there will be a greenish hue due to the grass or hay the animal ate prior to slaughtering.

Raw green tripe is full of lactobacilli acidophilus which keeps the gut healthy and is naturally full of probiotics, it is also packed with digestive enzymes - dogs do not produce the enzyme needed to break down cellulose - these nutrients are found in tripe and also some pre-digested matter too.

Green tripe for dogs is a wonderfully nutritious food. It offers almost a perfect calcium to phosphorus ratio, an ideal omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids ratio, and helps boost a dog’s immune system. Raw tripe is high in protein, iron, manganese, selenium, choline, B3, and B12, making this stinky food a great addition to your dog’s fresh diet.

When served in nice, large rubbery chunks it will provide your dog with good exercise and better dental health.
